About Reorder Pages
Open one PDF. Every page appears in a grid. Drag a thumbnail onto another slot to change the sequence. Save downloads a new file with every page included once, in the new order.
This only changes page order. It does not rotate, crop, or make a booklet. If you drag by mistake, drop the original file again. There is no undo.
How to use Reorder Pages
- 1Open the PDF. Wait for every thumbnail to load.
- 2Drag pages. Drop a page on the slot where it should go.
- 3Save new order. Download the reordered file.
- 4Verify. Flip through a few pages in a reader.
Limits and privacy
Reordering stays in this browser. Each file can be 25MB on a phone or 50MB on a desktop. Password-protected files cannot be opened. No account. Closing the tab clears the working file.
FAQs
- Do I have to include every page?
- Yes. The new file has the same pages, just in a new order. To drop pages, use Delete Pages. To keep a subset, use Extract Pages.
- Is there undo?
- No. Drop the original file again to start over.
- Does this make a booklet or two-up layout?
- No. It only changes page order. It does not put two pages on one sheet.
- Can I reorder on a phone?
- Drag works on most phones. A large grid is easier on a desktop.
- How is this different from Merge PDF?
- Reorder is one file. Merge joins two or more files in file order.
