About Merge PDF

Add at least two PDFs. Each file shows its first page and page count. Drag the thumbnails to set the order of the files, then click Merge PDFs. You get one combined PDF, in that file order, with every page from each source.

This reorders whole files, not pages inside a file. To shuffle pages in one PDF, use Reorder Pages first. Password-protected PDFs cannot be opened here. Pages copy across; forms, bookmarks, and some annotations may not survive.

How to use Merge PDF

  1. 1Add PDFs. Drop several files or use Add PDFs. You need at least two.
  2. 2Drag to reorder. The thumbnail order is the merge order. Remove a file from the grid if you added it by mistake.
  3. 3Click Merge PDFs. The combined file appears below.
  4. 4Download. Open the result in a reader to confirm page order.

Limits and privacy

Merge runs in this browser. Files are not uploaded. Each PDF can be 25MB on a phone or 50MB on a desktop. No account. Closing the tab clears the files. You download a new PDF. The files you picked are not changed.

FAQs

How many files do I need?
At least two. One PDF cannot be merged with itself. Add files, then Merge PDFs becomes available.
Does drag reorder pages or files?
Files. Each thumbnail is one PDF. Every page in that file stays in its original sequence. Use Reorder Pages to change page order inside one document.
Can I merge a password-protected PDF?
No. Unlock it first, then drop the unlocked file. This page does not ask for a password.
Do forms and bookmarks come through?
Pages copy. Interactive forms, bookmarks, and some annotations may drop. Check the download if those matter.
Can I add more PDFs after the first drop?
Yes. Use Add PDFs, then drag the new file into place before you merge.
