About Excel to PDF
Drop a .xlsx (legacy .xls is not supported). Each sheet is printed as a table on landscape A4, with the sheet name as a title. The first row is treated as a header. Cell values are what Excel stored, so formulas print as results, not as the formula text.
Charts, macros, and images in the workbook are not drawn. Very wide sheets shrink columns to fit the page, so wrapping can look tight. Unlock a password-protected workbook in Excel first.

Limits and privacy
The workbook stays in this browser. Each file can be 25MB on a phone or 50MB on a desktop. No account. Closing the tab clears the file.
FAQs
- Can I drop a .xls file?
- No. Save as .xlsx in Excel, then drop that file.
- Are charts included?
- No. Only cell values. Copy a chart as an image elsewhere if you need it on the page.
- What happens to formulas?
- The PDF shows the calculated values stored in the file, not the formula text.
- Why are columns so narrow?
- Every column is squeezed onto landscape A4. Very wide sheets wrap tightly. Hide unused columns in Excel first if you can.
- Does each sheet become its own PDF?
- No. One PDF. Sheets follow one after another, each with its name as a heading.
