About Crop PDF

Drop a PDF. A crop box sits on the page preview. Drag inside the box to move it, or drag the handles to resize. Presets set Default, Trim 5%, Trim 10%, or Full page. Apply the same crop to the ticked pages. Select all is the default. You need at least one page.

The crop is a percentage of each page, so mixed page sizes still use the same relative margins. Viewers show only the cropped area. Some editors can still recover the trimmed margin, so this is not redaction. You download a new file. The PDF you picked is not changed.

FAQs

Does the same crop apply to every selected page?
Yes. The box is a percentage of the page. Mixed sizes still lose the same relative margins.
What do the presets do?
Default insets a little. Trim 5% and Trim 10% pull in from every edge. Full page resets the box to the whole page.
Is the leftover margin deleted forever?
Viewers show only the crop. Determined editors may still recover content outside the box. Do not treat this as redaction.
Does rotation affect the box?
The overlay follows the preview, including page rotation.
How small can the box be?
It cannot shrink below about 5% of the page. If the area is too small, crop is refused.
